Seamless ERW tubes are crafted from solid steel billets, undergoing a process of heating and piercing with a mandrel to fashion a hollow core. Subsequently, the billet is propelled through a die to shape the pipe, devoid of any seams or connections. These tubes are accessible in various dimensions and materials such as stainless steel, duplex, nickel, and titanium. The available size spectrum spans from 0.30 mm to 60 mm, equivalent to 1/32'' to 2'', while the wall thickness can range from 0.10 mm to 6 mm, or 0.005'' to 0.236''
